This Belgian Tripel earned 37 points at the 1996 Novembeer Fest competition in Redmond Washington. It was brewed by Ron Thomson of Amherst, MA. .

Recipe for 5 gallons
Malts:	11 lb.	DWC Pils malt
	2 lb.	dextrose in boil

Hops:	1 oz.	Saaz 	60 min.
	1 oz.	Tettnanger		30 min.

Yeast:		Wyeast 1214
Original Gravity:	 1.074
Final Gravity:		 1.008

Brewer's Notes:
Boil time 80 min.. Fermentation time 1 month. Bottle conditioned.

Novembeer Fest is an annual brewing competition put on by The Brews Brothers , the "Malting, Mashing, Sparging, Hopping, Barming, and Drinking Society of Greater Seattle." They host a great homebrewing competition every fall.
