Recipe for 10 gal
Malts:	18 lb.	Vienna
	1 lb.	Belgian CaraVienne
	1 lb.	Belgian CaraMunich

Hops:	2.0 oz.	Hersbrucker	(AA = 2.9)	90 min.
	2.0 oz.	Chech Saaz	(AA = 3.0)	90 min.
	1.0 oz.	Hersbrucker	(AA = 2.9)	30 min.
	1.0 oz.	Tettnanger	(AA = 5.8)	15 min.
	1.5 oz.	Chech Saaz	(AA = 3.0)	15 min.

Yeast:		Wyeast 2308 (Munich Lager)
Original Gravity:	 1.064
Final Gravity:		 1.021

Brewer's Notes:
Double Decoction mash Primary 2 weeks at 49F. Secondary 8 weeks at 33F. Forced CO2 to carbonate.

Novembeer Fest is an annual brewing competition put on by The Brews Brothers , the "Malting, Mashing, Sparging, Hopping, Barming, and Drinking Society of Greater Seattle." They host a great homebrewing competition every fall.
