Recipe for 5 gal
Malts:	7 lb.	Amber Extract

Hops:	2 oz.	Northern Brewer	30 min.

Yeast:		Edme Ale yeast 2 pkg. 

Yeast:		Black Rock Ale yeast 1 pkg.
Original Gravity:	 1.036
Final Gravity:		 1.010

Brewer's Notes:
The following herbs were added at the end of the boil and steeped for 30 min. (quantities not specified by brewer) Rosemary, Fennel, Borage Flowers, Peppermint, Costa Mary, Perilla Purple, Clary Sage Flower, Lemon Balm, Lavender Flowers, Rue, Lemon Gem Marigold, Angelica, Pineapple Sage. Boil time 60 min. Primary 7 days at 70F. Secondary 13 days at 70F. Bottle Conditioned.

Novembeer Fest is an annual brewing competition put on by The Brews Brothers , the "Malting, Mashing, Sparging, Hopping, Barming, and Drinking Society of Greater Seattle." They host a great homebrewing competition every fall.
