Recipe for 10 gallons
Malts:	4 lb.	pale malt extract
	15 lb.	pale malt
	1 lb.	Munich malt
	1 lb.	crystal 20
	1 lb.	flaked rice

Hops:	1 oz.	Eroika 		60 min.
	1 oz.	Hersbruker 	30 min.
	1 oz.	Hallertauer 	30 min.
	1 oz.	Hallertauer 	15 min.
	1 oz.	Hersbruker		5 min.

Yeast:		Wyeast 1056
Brewer's Notes:
mash grains for 90 min. at 157F Forced CO2 to carbonate

Novembeer Fest is an annual brewing competition put on by The Brews Brothers , the "Malting, Mashing, Sparging, Hopping, Barming, and Drinking Society of Greater Seattle." They host a great homebrewing competition every fall.
