This Robust Porter earned 36.5 points at the 1996 Novembeer Fest competition in Redmond Washington. It was brewed by Cliff Lightfoot of Tacoma, WA. .

recipe for 5 gallons
Malts:	6.6 lb.	Telfords extract
	1.0 lb.	black patent
	0.25 lb.	chocolate malt

Hops:	2 oz.	Bullion	60 min.
	1.0 oz.	Cascade		20 min.
	0.5 oz.	Cascade		2 min.
	1.0 oz.	Hallertauer	dry hop in secondary for 5 days

Yeast:		Edme dry yeast
1 cup amber dry malt to prime
Original Gravity:	 ?
Final Gravity:		 ?

Brewer's Notes:
Steep grains for 30 min. at 200F. Boil for 60 min.. Primary fermentation for 10 days. Secondary fermentation for 10 days. Bottle conditioned.

Novembeer Fest is an annual brewing competition put on by The Brews Brothers , the "Malting, Mashing, Sparging, Hopping, Barming, and Drinking Society of Greater Seattle." They host a great homebrewing competition every fall.
