Recipe for 13.5 gal
Malts:	18 lb.	Durst Pilsner Malt
	6 lb.	Durst Munich Malt

Hops:	2.0 oz.	Tettnang 		110 min. (1st wort hopping)
	2.0 oz.	Spalt Select 		45 min.
	2.0 oz.	Hallertauer Traditional 	30 min.
	2.0 oz.	Ultra 			30 min.

Yeast:		W34/70 yeast
Original Gravity:	 1.056
Final Gravity:		 1.014

Brewer's Notes:
Mash 40C for 30 min., 60C for 30 min., 70C for 30 min. Boil Time 90 min. Forced CO2 to carbonate

Novembeer Fest is an annual brewing competition put on by The Brews Brothers , the "Malting, Mashing, Sparging, Hopping, Barming, and Drinking Society of Greater Seattle." They host a great homebrewing competition every fall.
