Malts:	12 lb.	English Pale Malt
	0.5 lb.	English dark crystal
	0.5 lb.	English roast barley

Hops:	1.75 oz.	Challenger	90 min.
	0.5 oz.	Challenger 15 min.

Yeast:		Wyeast 1098
Original Gravity:	 1.062
Final Gravity:		 1.014

Brewer's Notes:
Boil Time 90 min.. Fermentation time 5 weeks. Bottle conditioned.

Novembeer Fest is an annual brewing competition put on by The Brews Brothers , the "Malting, Mashing, Sparging, Hopping, Barming, and Drinking Society of Greater Seattle." They host a great homebrewing competition every fall.
