Malts:	9 lb.	Marris Otter Pale Malt
	0.25 lb.	Caravienne

Hops:	2.0 oz.	EKG  		60 min.
	2.0 oz.	Mt. Hood  	1 min.
	other ingredients, amount not specified  Burton salts, brown sugar, Irish
	moss, polyclar

Yeast:		Thames Valley yeast
Original Gravity:	 1.047
Final Gravity:		 1.006

Brewer's Notes:
Forced CO2 to carbonate.
