Recipe for 13.5 gal
Malts:	16 lb.	Durst Pilsner Malt
	3 lb.	wheat Malt
	1 lb.	Cara Wheat Malt

Hops:	2.0 oz.	Tettnang 		45 min.
	2.0 oz.	Spalt Select		30 min.
	2.0 oz.	Hallertauer Traditional	30 min.

Yeast:		Yeast Wyeast 2565
Original Gravity:	 1.048
Final Gravity:		 1.010

Brewer's Notes:
Mash 40C for 30 min., 60C for 45 min., 70C for 15 min. Boil time 90 min. Forced CO2 to carbonate

Novembeer Fest is an annual brewing competition put on by The Brews Brothers , the "Malting, Mashing, Sparging, Hopping, Barming, and Drinking Society of Greater Seattle." They host a great homebrewing competition every fall.
