| Who Can Attend: | Priority will be given to OBC members that plan on taking the BJCP test in early December. Next on the list is OBC members followed by non-members that plan on taking the test. Our goal is get as many people to take the BJCP test as possible. Capacity is about 25 people. |

| What to Bring: | A pad of paper, a pencil or pen, a willingness to learn. Try to have eaten before the class to help soak up some of the beers that you will be tasting. The OBC will supply the study materials and the beers. |
| BJCP Test: | A BJCP test will be scheduled for late November or early December. We will make a decision on the actual date after the class begins. We will try to dodge any pre-planned vacations, holiday weekends, etc. We will also try and plan a trip scheduled down to OSU where we hope to have Associate Professor and Extension Specialist in Brewing Chemistry, Tom Shellhammer direct an Off-Flavors workshop. |
